Dear Customers We want to inform you that the World Health Organization (WHO) has just issued operational guidelines for the management of Coronavirus outbreak in the national and international tourism hospitality sector, which includes tips and suggestions so that guests find a healthy, clean and safe environment. Special attention is given to the cleaning of common areas (bathrooms, lobby, hallways, elevators, etc.) as a general preventive measure for the Coronavirus outbreak. Particularly it suggests that hoteliers pay strict attention to the objects that are most frequently touched: handles, elevator buttons, handrails, switchers which will have to be appropriately sanitized by the cleaning staff. With regards to rooms or common areas exposed to Covid-19, all surfaces will need to be airy and sanitized several times throughout the day with specific products. Specific attention is also reported for catering services provided within the facilities. Breakfast rooms, restaurants, and bars must be equipped with disinfectant dispensers both at the entrance and at the exit of the halls. Breakfast equipment and meals in contact with guests will need to be disinfected or replaced several times during the service. Vogliamo informarvi che L’Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanità (World Health Organization o WHO) ha appena emesso delle linee guida operative per la gestione dell’epidemia Coronavirus nel settore nazionale ed internazionale della ricettività turistica, che comprende suggerimenti e consigli per far trovare al proprio ospite un ambiente sano, pulito e sicuro per la propria salute.
Un’attenzione speciale viene data alla pulizia delle aree comuni (bagni, hall, corridoi, ascensori, ecc…) come misura generale di prevenzione per l’epidemia da Coronavirus. In particolare suggerisce agli albergatori di prestare un’attenzione scrupolosa sugli oggetti che vengono toccati più di frequente: maniglie e pomelli, bottoni dell’ascensore, corrimano, interruttori che dovranno essere sanificati in modo adeguato dallo staff delle pulizie.
Per quanto riguarda le camere o aree comuni esposte a Covid-19, tutte le superfici dovranno essere sanificate più volte durante l’arco della giornata con prodotti specifici ed arieggiati giornalmente. 
Particolare attenzione, viene segnalata anche per i servizi di ristorazione erogati all’interno delle strutture. Sala colazione, ristorante e bar, infatti, dovranno essere muniti di dispenser con il disinfettante sia all’ingresso che all’uscita delle sala. Le attrezzature per la prima colazione ed i pasti che sono a contatto con gli ospiti dovranno essere disinfettate o sostituite più volte durante il servizio.
